National Girls and Women in Sports Day: Save the Date February 3, 2016

This year's theme 'Leading the Way' recognizes girls, student and professional athletes, coaches, administrators and parents who are Leading The Way to inspire greatness in this generation and the next.

Concussions: Not Just About Male Athletes

CDC reports show that the number of reported concussions has doubled in the last 10 years. While concussions are typically talked about as an issue affecting male athletes, our research shows that females participating in high school sports now have a higher incidence rate of sport-related concussions than do males.
