Enquist Joins Louisville Slugger TPS Family —NFCA Home Plate—In continued coverage, Sue Enquist, 11-time National Champion at UCLA and member of multiple Halls of Fame, is joining Louisville Slugger TPS Fastpitch Softball as a consultant. She is a member of the UCLA Hall of Fame, Women’s Sports Foundation International Hall of Fame and National Fastpitch Coaches Association Hall of Fame.  She has also been named National Coach of the Year and Pac-10 Coach of the Year.

USSF Needs Its Own Title IX to Save Women's Professional Soccer Bleacher Report—Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) could potentially be the second women’s soccer league to fail in 10 years. What isn't being done, however, is what needs to be required here: That every men’s team has a counterpart ladies’ team. There are numerous reasons how this could help women’s soccer as well as the country as a whole.

FIFA official says WPS needs help The Associated Press— The head of the women's game for FIFA says it would be a "pity" if the Women's Professional Soccer league in the United States failed to survive. Tatjana Haenni said Tuesday that the league needed to be put on a solid financial footing. Speaking in Rio de Janeiro at the trade show Soccerex, Haenni claimed the women's game relied heavily on the United States as it developed the first professional league for women, but officials need to find a sustainable formula.  - The Washington Post.
