I am inquiring about Title IX. Our school just recently put put in a brand new football(turf), jumbo-tron scoreboard, state of the art locker/weight room with 50"+ TV with a $100 a month direct TV bill for the sports package/tennis courts and new softball field. The softball field was cut short restrooms, storage shed, stands, batting cage and scoreboard because the school ran out of money. The baseball field has all of these facilities that we currently do not have. We have been told that we will get the restrooms and storage shed by the end of the year. My question is do we have a leg to stand on to demand the same as the boys for facilities or the right to ask that they not use these facilities until our girls have the same?
