Details: Join three-time Olympic medalist, Angela Ruggiero and five of her teammates for five days at the Olympic Center in Lake Placid. Each day will include on-ice daily skill and drill sessions, controlled scrimmages and dry-land training. There will be individual training to improve skills such as shooting, passing and skating techniques as well as team strategy and development to help improve all aspects of the game.
