Details: Learn the fundamentals and strategy of the game from Angela Ruggiero, one of the most decorated U.S. women’s hockey players during four full days of instruction. Each day will include an on-ice segment, classroom discussions and dry-land training. Approximately three hours will be dedicated to the on-ice segment to develop and execute skills. The classroom discussion will go over health, playing in college and the Olympic Games as well as mental preparation tips. The off-ice portion of the program will reflect the training that is included in the Team USA workout.
