Bridgett Riley/ Boxing

Bridgett Riley, a former kickboxer, began her career as a professional boxer in 1994 and goes by the nickname “Baby Doll”.

In September of 1999, Riley won a match in Washington, D.C., impressively knocking out her opponent 26 seconds into the first round. At Madison Square Garden in March of 1999, Riley earned another victory, and in Atlantic City in December of 1998, Riley had a victory over Tawana Broxton. After being knocked down in the first round, Riley came back for a ninth round knock out at Bally's in Las Vegas when defending her title for the first time in June of 1998. Riley headlined the event, which was the highest attended boxing show in Las Vegas at the time. In February of 1998, Riley defeated Yvonne Trevino at the Biloxi Grand Theatre to win the International Female Boxers Association (IFBA) Bantanweight World Title in a match that was aired on ESPN2.

In her kickboxing career, Riley won five World Kickboxing Titles. Riley volunteers with numerous organizations and has many acting credits, including acting as a stunt double on the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. (10/99)
