At the closing of the 2003-2004 women's bobsled season, Prokoff was ranked No.1 in the World Cup standings. She accomplished this feat using three different brakewomen. At the Calgary World Cup in November 2003, Prokoff won race #1 and race #2 with Anja Schneiderheinze and Janine Tischer, respectively. In December, she finished first with Schneiderheinze in race #1 and second with Tischer in race #2 at the Lake Placid World Cup. Prokoff swept the Lillehammer World Cup in January with Schneiderheinze and Berit Wiacker. She and Schneiderheinze also placed second at the Königssee World Championship.
