Cory Coffey/
BMX
Cory Coffey is a two-time, and the current, women’s world champion in freestyle BMX. Competing for 11 years, Coffey was the first woman in the world to land a back-flip on a bicycle and continues to be the only female to perform this stunt in competition. As one of the first women to break into the male-dominated sport, Coffey is considered a pioneer for women in BMX. Coffey travels year-round, competing and attending camps where she continues her work with young people. Coffey has teamed up with OP Girls Learn to Ride to host clinics to help younger generations of girls to get involved in BMX.
