The Journey
The Women’s Sports Foundation has created the first ever museum dedicated to women’s sports. Located in lower Manhattan at the all-new Sports Museum of America, the Billie Jean King International Women’s Sports Center is an interactive, multimedia sports experience, where champion women athletes, outstanding coaches and exciting sporting events inspire visitors of all ages to think of themselves as athletes.

Be A Participant
All along the floor and walls of the Billie Jean King Center, visitors will find activities to participate in, videos to watch and artifacts to examine. Feel like you’re in the pool as a swimmer glides across the floor, find out how far you can row and hear stories from athletes like you. Visitors will find limitless ways to get involved in the game.

Celebrate the Legends
The Women’s Sports Foundation created the International Women’s Sports Hall of Fame in 1980, and we’re proud that it now has a well-deserved permanent home at the Billie Jean King International Women’s Sports Center. The Hall of Fame recognizes women athletes and coaches who have made history in women’s sports.

Create a Legacy
You can have a lasting legacy within the Billie Jean King Center by sponsoring a gallery, a simulated sport experience or recognition on the major donor wall. A leadership gift will help ensure a permanent home for women in sport history, off-set the costs of traveling exhibits, finance ongoing educational programming for underserved girls and women, and provide research to educate the public and affect policy decisions on women in sports. For more information on how you can have your name associated with the Billie Jean King Center, call Milena Herring, Leadership Gifts Officer, at 646.912.8107 or e-mail MHerring@WomensSportsFoundation.org.
